What we do

Four ways to work together.

AI training for teams

For teams adopting AI

You want people to use AI well in their real work, not just watch a demo. Workshops that help a team understand useful AI and put it to work on its own tasks.

  • Built around your team’s real work and tools
  • Practical judgment: what to trust, check, and keep human
  • Leaves people able to keep going without us

Brand + website

For companies with a public face

Your brand and website should look like the company you actually are. Branding and a public website led by UX/UI, so the first impression matches the quality of the company.

  • Brand direction and visual identity
  • Responsive, accessible website design and front-end build
  • Content structure that explains the company clearly

AgenticSites

For operators with messy systems

Your site, tools, data, and follow-up should work as one connected system. Premium UX/UI connected to full-stack systems: internal tools, analytics, automation, and useful AI behind the interface.

  • A polished public experience attached to real data and workflows
  • Internal tools and dashboards your team can run
  • Automation and AI only where they earn their place

Haestus builds

For founders and individuals

You have a product, a practice, or an idea and need people who can build it. Haestus.dev is Rocky’s development team, co-founded with James Watling. They build the systems, automation, and software.

  • AI implementations attached to clear sources and permissions
  • Full-stack builds for products and internal systems
  • ISR leads strategy and design; Haestus leads engineering

How an engagement runs

Discovery, plan, build, train.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We talk through the people, the friction, and the change you want. You send a brief; Rocky reads it and replies.

  2. 02

    Plan

You get a clear plan and a custom quote before anything is built, so scope and tradeoffs are agreed in plain language.

  3. 03

    Build

Design and engineering happen together, with the polished interface attached to real systems rather than painted on top.

  4. 04

    Train

Your people learn how to run, maintain, and extend what was built, so the work belongs to your team when we step back.

Proof

Eight public case studies.

Questions

Before you write.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is a custom quote, written after we talk. Published packages are not available yet. You will see a plan and a number before any build work starts.

Who will I actually work with?

Rocky Bunker, the founder of ISR Studio, leads discovery, strategy, and design. For builds, the Haestus.dev engineering team, co-founded by Rocky and James Watling, does the engineering.

Do you work with individuals as well as companies?

Yes. A founder, a practice, or a team can all start with the same brief. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will say whether we are the right fit.

What should I put in the brief?

The honest version: who is involved, what is slow or unclear today, and what should be true when the work is done. A polished scope document is not needed.

Can you train my team on the system you build?

Training is the last step of every engagement. We also run AI workshops on their own, built around your team’s real work rather than a generic curriculum.

What happens after I send the brief?

It is stored privately and Rocky reads every message. Replies come from rocky@haestus.dev. If you would rather start by email, write to that address directly.
