Terms

Using this site

isr.studio is run by Rocky Bunker in St. George, Utah. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the interactive features. How your data is handled is explained on the privacy page.

Educational content

Resources, journal entries, and newsletter issues are general educational material and personal opinion. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or payment-processing advice for a specific situation.

Member accounts

A member account is free. You sign in with your email address only, using a link or a 6-digit code I email you; there are no passwords, social logins, or guest accounts.

• You must be 13 or older to have an account.
• Use an email address that is yours, and keep access to it: anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you.
• Your display name is shown on your comments and in your leagues. Please choose one that is not misleading, offensive, or someone else’s name.
• Invite links credit a sign-up to the member who shared them. There are no rewards at the moment. If any are added, they will come with their own written rules.
• You can delete your account yourself from your account page. That removes your profile, comments, the leagues you own, your memberships, and your picks right away. What I keep and why is on the privacy page.

Community rules

Members can post “I made this” notes on recipes (public) and chat inside a pick’em league (visible to that league’s members). To keep both friendly:

• No harassment, hate, threats, or bullying.
• No spam, advertising, or links meant to trick people.
• No illegal content, and nothing that shares other people’s private information.
• You can delete your own comments. League owners can hide comments in their league, and anyone signed in can report a comment.
• I may hide or remove any content, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. I am a single person doing this on the side, so I cannot promise to review every report quickly.

Newsletter

InTheCut is free. You are subscribed only after confirming from your email. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and I will honor it. I may change how often it is sent, or stop sending it, at any time. Please only sign up with an address that is yours. Members can also switch it on or off from their account page.

Pick’em league

The pick’em is a free game for fun among friends. It is not gambling.

• Playing needs a free member account. There is no entry fee, no wagering, and no purchase of any kind.
• There are no prizes, cash or otherwise. Bragging rights are the entire reward.
• Please do not run side bets or prize pools through it, and do not use the league name or display names for anything unlawful or hateful.
• I may remove a member, league, or display name that breaks these terms, and I may reset, change, or end the game at any time.
• It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, conference, or school.

Game clips

Clips is a moderated room for short Fortnite and other game videos shared by adult members.

• You must be 18 or older and upload only a clip you own or have permission to share.
• No harassment, hate, sexual content, or anything showing minors.
• Fortnite clips must follow Epic Games’ Fan Content Policy, including its non-commercial requirements.
• Every clip is held for review. ISR Studio may reject or remove a clip at any time.
• Signed-in members can report a visible clip from its card. You can also email rocky@haestus.dev.

Surveys

Surveys are informal polls for curiosity, not scientific research, and results should not be relied on for decisions.

Inquiries and no implied offer

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, a promise to respond by a certain time, or an obligation on either side. Venture pages, course concepts, collaboration invitations, and project descriptions do not create an offer of employment, partnership, equity, funding, enrollment, pricing, or availability. Any actual engagement requires a separate written agreement.

Fair use

Please do not try to break, overload, or probe the site, submit other people’s email addresses without their consent, or use automated tools to flood the forms. I may block access that does.

Accuracy and change

I aim to label the state of work honestly and link to primary sources where the stakes are high. Information can change or be wrong. Verify official requirements and current product terms before acting. I may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Third-party links and data

External destinations, and data from outside sources such as CollegeFootballData, are provided for context. I do not control their content, accuracy, availability, or terms.

No guarantees

The site and its features are provided as is, without promises that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits any rights you have that the law does not allow to be limited.
