01Venture

What is PayPro, and why build it as a venture?

PayPro reviews a business’s statement and workflow, compares the complete cost of suitable provider options, and explains the tradeoffs before a switch. Processing is supplied by the provider the business selects.

Built with the PayPro team as an operating venture, not a one-off portfolio concept. Venture building, product design, digital systems, and brand experience moved together, because the public promise and the way the business operates have to agree.

02Review model

One review, three clear steps.

The review follows one sequence: see what you pay today, see what suitable options cost, then see what would change before deciding.

  1. 01 · Statement

    See what you pay today

Review how the business accepts payments, the fees shown for the period, and what the owner needs to keep.

    • Current statement
    • Payment workflow
    • Equipment to keep
  2. 02 · Comparison

    See what suitable options cost

Compare costs, terms, equipment, software, and fit using the same volume and payment mix where the information allows.

    • Complete cost
    • Terms and equipment
    • Operational fit
  3. 03 · Decision

See what would change, then decide

Lay out equipment, software, funding terms, and transition work. The owner chooses, and PayPro says when switching does not make sense.

    • Tradeoffs explained
    • Transition reviewed
    • Owner decides

03Built product

What did we build together?

The documented delivery is the public website, a partner experience, a statement analyzer, and the product direction behind them. Each surface is built to explain a payments decision in plain language rather than sell a rate.

What owners can do on the public site

  • Free review form

Three details and the owner is done; everything else is optional.

  • Private rate check

Fees divided by sales, calculated in the browser. Nothing is sent or saved.

  • Owner workbench

Decode a statement, compare two offers, and plan a switch in one tab.

  • Four workflows

In person, restaurants, invoicing and ACH, and online each get their own page.

  • Plain-language guides

Guides on effective rate, reading a merchant statement, and switching without chaos.

  • English and Spanish

A language toggle on the public site, with Spanish on key pages.

  • Local team

Koby Imlay and Rocky Bunker, a named local point of contact.

  • Partner and AI pages

A partners page and a public Haestus AI page sit alongside the review.

04Try the idea

What does “know what you pay” look like as arithmetic?

The public site turns a statement into one number before it asks for anything. This lens works the same way with clearly illustrative values: edit them, then compare two offers on the same sales instead of the headline rate alone.

Illustrative numbers · edit freely · stays in your browser

Divide the fees by the sales.

PayPro’s public rate check starts the same way: card sales and processing fees from one statement period. Swap the example values for your own.

Effective processing rate

3.00%

For every $100 in card sales, about $3.00 goes to processing fees.

A starting point, not a verdict. Card mix, transaction size, and included equipment all change what a rate means.
Rate check and owner workbenchPayPro’s own public tools: an effective-rate check and a workbench to decode, compare, and plan. They run in the browser.

What has the work delivered so far?

The website, the partner experience, the statement analyzer, and the product direction are live and still moving with the business. The same pages hold up at phone width, where the free review is one tap from the top of every screen.

06Boundaries

Independent guidance is not a savings guarantee.

Payments is a field where one loose claim does real damage, so the product and this page both stay inside what PayPro states publicly. We do not quote savings, approval rates, or customer counts here.

How PayPro gets paid

The payment review is free. If a business chooses a provider through PayPro, PayPro may receive compensation from that provider. Any separate fees are explained before agreement.

Provider boundary

Payment processing is provided by the selected provider. Pricing, approval, funding, and service availability depend on that provider and the business.

Pricing boundary

PayPro does not guarantee a lower rate. Pricing depends on the business, card mix, transaction size, acceptance method, and provider terms.

Timing boundary

Timings are typical, not promises. They depend on the statement, provider approval, and the business's setup.
