02Try the real journeys

03Make it usable for more people
Try a real phone and narrow browser. Check text, menus, buttons, forms, and horizontal overflow.
Add a note
Use Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and Escape. Focus should be visible, ordered, and never trapped unexpectedly.
Add a note
Check contrast, meaningful image descriptions, labeled inputs, clear headings, and reduced motion. Include a screen-reader pass.
Add a note
Use a slower connection. Check loading space, image sizes, playback controls, and captions where needed.

04Make it findable and trustworthy
Check the browser title and shared-link preview. Each page should describe its own subject.
Add a note
Check canonical URLs, robots rules, sitemap, and your search-console account. Keep private pages private.
Add a note
List the information collected and the services used. Test cookie choices and relevant unsubscribe flows.
Add a note
Check certificates, mixed content, public downloads, and browser requests. This checklist is not a security audit.

05Own the day after launch
Record the responsible person, renewal dates, access recovery, and how to reach support.
Add a note
Know what is backed up, who can restore it, and how to undo a bad release.
Add a note
Choose a few useful outcomes such as completed inquiries or confirmed subscriptions. Test tracking according to consent choices.
